• Refunds will be issued via an e-gift card. 

• No crocs, sandals, ballet flats or Hey Dude shoes will be permitted.  No exceptions. 

• No one under the age of 18 is permitted  without a parent or guardian present. You do not have to be in the room with them unless the participants are under 16.  

• Any person under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian fill out and sign the liability waiver. 

• We will provide all necessary PPE for everyone who is going into a smash room including coveralls, helmets, goggles, and gloves. These items must remain on at all times. If we see that you have removed your safety gear while in the smash room we will ask you to leave the smash room.  

• Pricing is NOT per person with the exception of splatter parties and bring your own stuff (BYOS) packages. 

• For BYOS you may NOT bring the following items :  tube TV's, microwaves, mini refrigerators, anything wooden, toilets, anything that contained water with the exception of coffee pots, loose glitter, or crock pot inserts.
